Mrs S. Moreland

Mrs. Moreland started her educational journey at Morgan State University. After receiving her undergrad degree in Elementary Education, she followed up her education at Towson State University. Mrs. Moreland earned a Master of Education in Reading. Adding to her educational wheelhouse, Mrs. Moreland earned a Math Specialist degree from Johns Hopkins University.
My Passions
Mrs. Moreland is an avid reader. She enjoys trying the cuisine at local restaurants and dives! She also enjoys showing off her extensive shoe collection.

School Activites
Literacy Coach provides coaching and professional development support that enables teachers to think reflectively about improving student learning and implementing various instructional programs and practices.
Mrs. Moreland also designs all of GHEMS swag and she runs GHEMS’ Springboard Collaborative Program.
